Nice and unbeatable location, overall I enjoyed the hotel.
Every detail of this ideal and lovely property was perfect. I was satisfied with well-equipped and nice cosy rooms complete with bedrooms, a very good breakfast, for example. The staff were thoughtful whole time of my stay. Brilliant service was provided here. Besides, parking was available nearby. I had an enjoyable stay.

Great location only a short walk from the beach and attractions. The room was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The honesty fridge was a nice touch and the breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended to family and friends.
The room we stayed in had a slight smell of damp, but it was still clean. The tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits in the room were all out of date and when we requested more supplies, they were still expired.

The breakfast was amazing, it included vegetarian sausages, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully furnished, and had twin beds.

Wendy was an amazing hostess, friendly and always with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the pier, amusements, and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. Parking on the street was no issue, plenty of room. We had a great time and would definitely stay again with our bigger group of friends.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

I had a lovely welcome from Wendy, who was so friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in, Room 2, was spotlessly clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The shower and toilet were also very clean, and the water was nice and hot. They even provided complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and tissues, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, cereals, toast, and a selection of jams and marmalades. The cooked breakfast that Tim prepared was tasty and cooked to perfection. I had a wonderful stay at this guest house.
Although the bed was comfortable, it was a bit firm for my liking. The shower control box was placed too high up, making it difficult to reach.

Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cereals, toast and a cooked breakfast which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The location was perfect, being close enough to the town centre and the beach, yet in a quiet part of the city.
